Came here for 4 days, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, it had excellent location near the sanctuary-super close and walking distance to food and the restaurants. The staff were all excellent, welcoming. I was given reasonably spacious room with a comfortable bed.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

As a delighted guest at the Grand Hotel in Lourdes, I can't help but share my positive experience. During my pilgrimage, I stayed at the hotel for a week, and I was truly impressed. The room was bright and airy, with a balcony door that let in the fresh air. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the modern bathroom, even though it was a bit snug. The hotel provided organic toiletries, including hand soap, body wash, and shampoo, which was a lovely touch. The room also had a mini fridge and espresso machine, perfect for refreshing beverages and a morning caffeine fix. I was pleased to find a desk and a flat-screen TV as well. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the delicious food. Not only was it a visual delight, but it was also a culinary masterpiece. The hotel's gourmet offerings surpassed all my expectations, leaving me full and satisfied after every meal. The customer service at the front desk was exceptional, with kind and friendly staff always ready to assist. I can't wait to visit again!
Would recommend this hotel.

The location was on fleek, super close to the sanctuary. We had a blast hitting up both Hautacam and Cauterets ski stations. The slopes were sick, and we shredded it up all day with mad skills. Plus, the rooms were cozy and had cable TV, so we could chillax and watch some dope shows after a long day of skiing. it was a dope vacation with my friends, and we had a rad time exploring the ski stations.
If I had to ask for one thing to make it even more lit for party-going peeps like us, it would be an epic game room or a sick DJ spinning some sick beats. We wanted to keep the party going after hitting the slopes, but there wasn't a dedicated space for us to vibe and have a blast.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. We were just a few steps away from the main attraction and surrounded by plenty of options for dining and shopping. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help when needed. One particular staff member went out of their way to provide us with fresh water bottles throughout the day, which was greatly appreciated.
There were a few downsides to our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was limited and not always fresh.
